An Artist Eye - HARPERS BAZAAR ARABIA March 2023

In honour of Art Dubai Harpers Bazaar Arabia asked four talented artists to create unique pieces that would blend with and become backdrops to ensembles with there own decorative charm.

Personally i choose not to paint on clothes . My relationship with Fashion has gone on a journey. From living off the industry to acknowledging the impact and damaging cycle that planet is never coming before profit. Im hopeful the industry will evolve to reach new targets. Human Consumption and ownership habits are not going away so how do we feed this whilst using what already exists in the world. Fashion is a beautiful circus that can be inclusive and energetic filled with the most creative joyous people.

So Lets play when we can but try leave none of our shit behind. This painting lasted 3 hrs. It was created directly onto the scoop and painted over that evening. A fitting end to “dumb is fun” 2023
